Roles & Responsibilities
• Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
• Identifying the needs and demands of the clients and selling the appropriate insurance product
• Re-assessing the policy needs of existing clients at regular intervals
• Achieve targets in order to contribute in the overall growth of the company
• Execute smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximise business potential.
• Regularly interact with customers and resolve their queries and ensure that renewal of insurance policies take place on time
• Relationship management with various stakeholders.
Designation: Relationship Executive / Sr. Relationship Executive
Education: Any Graduates
Experience: Min. 1 Year in any Domain Sales with current company
CTC: Up to 2.5 Lakh / Annum
Performance Incentive: Opportunity to earn incentives of 2% to 10% of their achievement based on performance
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. The candidate responsible to generate lead and take it to closure by
working along with Operation and Sales backend team.
2. Responsible to achieve the sales target set by the company.
3. The Candidate will be assigned or tagged with the Branch and he need to sell the Insurance of Birla Sun life Insurance to the existing or ex-customers.
4. Relationship management with stake holders.
5. Maintain persistence for the policies procured to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Designation: Business Devlopment Manager
Education: Any Graduates
Experience: Min. 3 Year in any Domain Sales with current company
Roles & Responsibilities:
i. To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
ii. Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
iii. Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors.
iv. Relationship management with stake holders.
v. Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
