An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the sales and administration team within a fast paced and growing fashion group to provide support to our managers and employees, and ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to incoming client and corporate leads. Investigation into relevant businesses to confirm company validity.
- Contact buyers via phone/email to find out more information about their businesses
- Monitoring of seller account creation – regularly checking newly registered sellers to make sure they understand the process of creating their account, uploading products, updating shipping profiles
- Monitor product upload to make sure that there are no issues, perform final checks to make sure the account is complete prior to going live
- Need to create a line sheet with the style number, available colours, description, available quantity and price (for each customer, there will be a different format)
- Need to raise sales orders. (for flash sale customers, we need to reserve the stock first and then once we received the official PO, we have to raise the order as per the PO)
- Need to download the images and send it to customers accordingly.
- Whenever a new arrival is published in our website, need to send an email with those styles to the customers with the price, product description and the images.
- Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
- Need to raise PO in our system
- Proven experience in admin and customer service
- High level of accuracy
- Dynamic communicator with high level of customer service and company knowledge
- Attention to detail
