Job Description :
- Working in shift, responsible for all IPQC( Internal Process Quality Control) activities in the shift & co-ordinate shift activities by effective communication.
2 .Overall responsibility to ensure the stickered bags are available for FG packing& control the issue of labelled bags to production line.
3.Responsible for monitoring of Pest control systems by daily inspection of rodent trap/insecticutor/pheromone trap, and plant inspection to identify any pest activities and initiate the corrective action plan.
4. In-process monitoring and online samplingand reporting of physical quality analysis of semi-finished products, finished products.
5. Perform shift wise chemical analysis of IPQC samples & record the analysis result in the “analysis report”
6. Online product and process quality verification and immediate reporting for online correction.
7. Monitoring & reporting of defective material.
8. Monitoring the activities of blending (RM / SFG) and FG packing.
9. Ensure & verify the consumption of raw material as per the QA allocation.
10. Ensure the RM and By-product consumption as per the plan.
11. Shift wise retain samples & shipment sample storages for future reference and maintain the record.
12. Ensure all CP and CCPs are available and working condition. CCP monitoring & record verification.
13. Ensure the line magnets are cleaned as per the cleaning schedule and its documentation.
14. Changeover cleaning inspection & verification.
15. Ensure the cleanliness of the plant as per the GMP norms & monitoring HACCP activities.
16. Ensure plant workers hygiene and Jewellery policy.
17. Monitor container inspection, stuffing / dispatch inspection (In-house & CFS stuffing / any FG movement).
18. Maintain a live documentation system for quality & consumer safety (as per BRC requirements).
19. Daily weighing scale calibration (Internal).
20. Follow good laboratory practices.
21. Ensure glass & brittle plastic policy & reporting of any crack or breakage of Glass and brittle plastic to concerned department for immediate replacement.
22. Ensure no damage pallets are used in process line & storage area.
23. Maintain Needle control system &utensil control verification.
24. Raw material arrival inspection, sampling & analysis against specification.
25. Under take the duties in case of any emergency requirements.
Desired Candidate profile,
- Education- Bsc Chemistry, freshers or 1-2-year work experience, Tamil speaking,
- Shared accommodation will be provided in company guesthouse at Mogappair, Chennai
- Language skills- Tamil and English
- Salary – 12-15,000 INR Per month, all inclusive
