Recruitment and Pay Scale -
• As per the requirement, we are hiring a SALES OFFICER who will be eligible and meets the criteria. The Sales Officer will be under client payroll. The pay includes fixed salary + other incentives (new shop activation + recurring sales incentive + target incentive) + miscellaneous DA .
• Hiring qualifications Any Graduate. Candidates with arrears can also apply.

Position - Sales Officer
Job Description
• SalesOfficer will have to go via product training to understand details of product and company.
• SalesOfficer will have to make 20-25 new visits depending on the region and locations. Later it will be 15/5 old shops and 20/7 new shops visits.
• SalesOfficer will have to close 1 outlet per day.
• SalesOfficer will operate for 6 days a week.
• SalesOfficer work and report will be monitored by a mobile APP.
• SalesOfficer will have to report to the Programme Manager and if escalations then will be handled by the territory manager.
• There will be no penalty for not achieving the target, but the agency will be penalized for the same. The SALES OFFICER will be gauged on the basis of his work for a period of 3 months and if they are not performing he will be relieved from his duty.
• On the basis of their performance they may be considered to get on the company's payroll.
• Minimum communication in English. Well presentable. Having own Bike- an advantage.
• Willing to learn and groom himself in a short period. Good scope for career growth.
• Prior sales experience not required. Training will be provided.
• Salary will be Rs 10,000/- to 15,000 per month along with 100 rs per day travelling allowance and incentives will be only given only if he achieves his given target.
