- Collaborate with employers, recruiters, and industry partners to identify job opportunities
- Source Fresher Vacancies from various online job portals, newspapers, social media networks etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of placement executives, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and conduct regular team meetings.
- Generate reports and statistics on placement success rates
