We are hiring for a Pre-sales Engineer who must have proven experience of minimum 3 years in a pre-sales engineering role within the IT solutions industry and strong understanding of business processes and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  1. Understand the unique business needs of prospective and existing clients.
  2. Initiate calls and conduct visits to clients to present our tailored solutions effectively.
  3. Identify client requirements and conduct comprehensive GAP Analysis to precisely determine their needs.
  4. Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and deliver end-to-end solutions that align with client objectives.
  5. Develop project plans and offer appropriate solutions with well-defined scopes of work and comprehensive technical and commercial documentation.
  6. Conduct follow-up activities and presentations to ensure that clients' desired outcomes are achieved.
  7. Maintain close communication and collaboration with clients during the installation phase, providing daily updates and reports, and furnishing budgetary proposals directly or through strategic partners, system integrators, or distributors.
  8. Compile comprehensive project reports and provide end-user training upon successful solution implementation.
  9. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving client queries while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  10. Educate clients on the escalation matrix to streamline issue resolution processes.
  11. Coordinate effectively with Business Development Managers and reporting managers to ensure the smooth and effective achievement of company goals.
  12. Engage in discussions with clients and partners to develop a coherent roadmap for future enhancements and developments.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role within the IT solutions industry (Min 3       years).
  3. Strong understanding of business processes and client requirements.
  4. Proficiency in conducting GAP analysis and developing comprehensive project plans.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong client relationships.
  7. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies.
  10. Commitment to delivering superior customer service and achieving business objectives.
