We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Construction to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project execution, team management, vendor coordination, budgeting, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Job Details:

Responsibilities -

1. Plan, manage, and monitor construction projects from project initiation through completion while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
2. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
4. Supervise site activities and ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
5. Monitor project costs, material requirements, manpower deployment, and resource utilization to maintain budgetary control.
6. Review construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to address project issues.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, building codes, and applicable statutory requirements.
8. Conduct regular site meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide project updates to management and stakeholders.

Skills required

1. Strong experience in construction project management, site execution, and project planning.
2. Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes, materials, and site practices.
3. Proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
4. Strong vendor, contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Good understanding of project budgeting, cost control, estimation, and resource planning.
6. Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, safety practices, and statutory requirements.
7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to project challenges.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and contractors.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting, and coordination skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
