Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Gather and synthesize information specific to the proposal, tailored to the scope identified by the client.
- Translating solutions into effective business proposals
- Coordinate with technical personnel, including firm Directors and Managers, to develop technical proposal content.
- Maintain version control of all documents, and incorporate edits and feedback.
- Sequentially and simultaneously maintain, update, and revise multiple drafts and ensuring accurate version control.
- Proofread and edit all proposal documentation.
- Able to represent on behalf of the company in client meetings and discussions.
- Balance multiple priorities at once and support the full cycle of proposal development from requirement analysis to final production.
- Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Maintaining consistency in proposal writing by following company policies.
- Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner.

- Proficient in speaking and writing to convey information effectively.
- Proficient in business writing – emails, documents, presentations, etc.
- Active listening - Giving full attention to what the management team and clients are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate
- Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Analytical skills — Work with data, make meaning of it and share findings with internal teams to facilitate decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office — Word, PowerPoint and Excel Behavioral Competencies
- Evaluating Problems – Examining Information, Documenting Facts, Interpreting Data
