Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. Gather and synthesize information specific to the proposal, tailored to the scope identified by the client.
  2. Translating solutions into effective business proposals
  3. Coordinate with technical personnel, including firm Directors and Managers, to develop technical proposal content.
  4. Maintain version control of all documents, and incorporate edits and feedback.
  5. Sequentially and simultaneously maintain, update, and revise multiple drafts and ensuring accurate version control.
  6. Proofread and edit all proposal documentation.
  7. Able to represent on behalf of the company in client meetings and discussions.
  8. Balance multiple priorities at once and support the full cycle of proposal development from requirement analysis to final production.
  9. Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  10. Maintaining consistency in proposal writing by following company policies.
  11. Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proficient in speaking and writing to convey information effectively.
  2. Proficient in business writing – emails, documents, presentations, etc.
  3. Active listening - Giving full attention to what the management team and clients are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate
  4. Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
  5. Analytical skills — Work with data, make meaning of it and share findings with internal teams to facilitate decisions
  6. Proficiency in MS Office — Word, PowerPoint and Excel Behavioral Competencies
  7. Evaluating Problems – Examining Information, Documenting Facts, Interpreting Data
