We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and Django REST Framework to join our client's dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be involved in the complete application lifecycle — from design and development to testing and deployment — while building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using Python and Django REST Framework

2. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and reusable code

3. Manage and maintain relational databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL and optimize queries for performance

4. Integrate front-end components with back-end logic

5. Implement application security and data protection measures

6. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define and deliver features

7. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices

8. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications

9. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments

Required Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in back-end web development

2. Strong proficiency in Python

3. In-depth knowledge of Django, including ORM, templates, and testing tools

4. Experience building RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF)

5. Strong understanding of relational databases and database design principles

6. Proficiency in Git and standard branching workflows

7. Experience with unit and integration testing (unittest, pytest)

8. Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments

Added Advantage (Nice to Have)

1. Experience with Flask or other Python web frameworks

2. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

3. Experience with Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ

4. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

5. Front-end experience with React, Vue, or Angular
