Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Chennai, is seeking a Quality Executive/Sr. Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspections, audits, and implementing quality control processes in line with industry standards.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-process and final inspections of products

2. Implement quality control systems and maintain documentation

3. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues

4. Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective actions

5. Support internal and external audits

6. Maintain compliance with ISO and other industry quality standards

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical or related field

2. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in quality control or assurance

3. Strong knowledge of quality tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)

4. Familiarity with ISO documentation and standards

5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
