Dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for a young dynamic candidate as Sales & Marketing Executive for our organization.. The Candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Passion towards sales especially field sales.
- Interest in direct selling/cold calling.
- Identifying sales prospects by doing market research
- Constantly look for sales opportunities through networking.
- Should be efficient in giving details about our products through various presentations and brochures
- Create frequent sales and financial data reviews and reports
- Should be able to Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Aim is to achieve better results
- Young dynamic fresher /experienced male/female with age group between 18 to 30 years will be considered.
- Willing to self - start and travel between the cities within In India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Selling Skills: You should be capable of mapping the target market and have high networking skills.
- Customer Service: Should be able to convince the Customer to buy our product with atmost patience and determination.
- Communication Skills: A big part of sales and leadership is communication. You will need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations.
- Languague Skills : Fluent in English and Tamil
- Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline, Graduate in sales/marketing would be an added advantage
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Other details:
Timing : 6 Days a week (Timing based on business needs)
Meet multiple clients on a daily basis and provide calling reports
Two wheeler preferred
Experience : 2 – 3yrs.
Benefits: CTC : 150,000-250,000 per annum + Incentive .
