Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
- Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
- Assist clients in identifying the right machine to fulfill their wants and needs.
- Follow up daily on all sales leads.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new machines and models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail in follow-through and closing skills.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and report any related issues and customer requests to the management team and communicate with the sales coordinator.
- Attend the meeting with customers
- Travel to customer sites and the plant.
- Make presentations to customers
- Report sales activities to the management team (weekly, monthly and anytime when requested)
- Report any issues, inquiries and customer requests to the manager.
- Make phone calls, emails, and visit customer prospects
- Research new markets and customers
- Knowledge of Injection Molding Machine.
- Must have knowledge of Ultrasonic Welding Machine
- Direct experience with Plastic
- Knowledge of Automation sales
- Knowledge of Ultrasonic Welding Machine
- Qualification:- Plastic Engineering Or Mechatronics.
