  Minimum 3+ years in Tyre, Molding, Friction, Rubber, or Cow Mat Manufacturing Industry
 ?30,000 – ?40,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
  Kerala (Preferred Base: Kottayam)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive for our client to expand their market presence in South India for Tyre, Molding, Friction, Rubber & Cow Mat products. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving targeted sales growth.

Position : Permanent
Location : Kerala (Preferred Base: Kottayam)
Salary : ?30,000 – ?40,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Kottayam region.

  2. Build and maintain strong distributor, wholesaler, and industrial client relationships.

  3. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

  4. Present, promote, and demonstrate products to potential customers.

  5. Negotiate deals, pricing, and payment terms.

  6. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the team.

  7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  8. Provide product information, handle client queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

  9. Travel extensively within Kerala for client visits and business expansion.


Requirements & Skills:

  1. Proven experience in Tyre, Molding, Friction, Rubber, or Cow Mat industry.

  2. Strong network of distributors and B2B clients in South India.

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  6. Willingness to travel extensively.

  7. Language proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, and English (preferred).

  8. Valid driving license required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. B2B sales and industrial distribution experience.

  2. Understanding of regional market trends and customer preferences.
