Our Client, a leading company is hiring for senior level Sales Manager position who will be responsible for handling proposal making, submissions, negotiation and conversion into firm orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Networking with leading HVAC consulting engineers/architects in assigned territory and positioning of company’s offerings in upcoming projects.
- Handle proposal making, submissions, negotiation and conversion into firm orders.
- Generate business leads for 2-stage cooling units in target segments such as Engineering, Automobile industries, building segment, hospitality industry, pharma sector, etc.
- Identify influencers and decision makers for converting inquiries into firm orders
- Able to read layout drawing.
- Should have knowledge of building heat load calculations, design basis report, duct routing, and SLD.
- Continuous support to customers and Business associates in the territory.
- Candidate should be from the HVAC field, preferably having experience of selling equipment/AHU/ Air-washer/2-stage machines.
- Candidate speaking local Tamil language will be preferred.

Education Qualification:
- Must have B.E./B.Tech degree
- Mechanical Engineer will be preferred
- Candidate with short notice period will be preferred.
