Sales Manager - Future Entrepreneur
Our client, an IIMB Alumni who started his Company as a small step towards his bigger vision, wants to hire Graduates with 1 or 2 years of experience in B2B sales in Logistics, to Mentor them as Entrepreneurs.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Candidate Profile - Sales
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good at making Presentations to clients.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sales team.

a) Should be able to speak Tamil, English & Hindi ( Opening for Chennai & Coimbatore )
b) Candidates with " I can do Attitude "
c) Looking at 2 to 6 Lakhs + Travel + Communication + Incentives.
d) Should be able to speak Tamil, Kannada, English & Hindi ( Opening for Bangaluru )
e) Owning a laptop & Smartphone are preconditions for Job.
