We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Sales to spearhead business growth across Chennai, Bangalore, and South India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving new business development, and achieving revenue targets.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  2. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across South India.

  3. Drive new business development in Chennai, Bangalore, and other South Indian markets.

  4. Prepare and monitor sales projections, pipelines, and reports.

  5. Travel extensively across designated regions to build and strengthen client relationships.

  6. Deliver consistent revenue growth by closing deals and expanding market presence.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  1. Proven experience in Flexible Packaging, Holographic Industries, or Auto Bag Manufacturing.

  2. Strong track record of business development and achieving sales targets.

  3. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  5. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  6. Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.

Qualification:

  1. Graduate from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) or equivalent packaging-related qualification.

Languages:

  1. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language is mandatory.
