Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Manager

Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.

Identify new business opportunities and key accounts in the assigned region.

Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure consistent growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Sales Officer

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through active sales efforts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

Conduct regular market visits and collect customer and competitor insights.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Prepare sales reports and update the management on market trends.
Candidate Profile

Proven experience in sales, business development, or channel management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
