We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Professional to join the Tech Services team, focusing on the North American Market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the Tech/IT services industry, with a proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the North American market.

  2. Engage in consultative selling to provide tailored solutions to clients across industries.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging networks in Publishing, Education, and Defense sectors.

  4. Drive 70% Business Development and 30% Key Account Management, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.

  5. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent business growth.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

  7. Utilize CRM software and other sales tools for effective pipeline management and reporting.


Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the Tech/IT services industry.

  2. Demonstrated ability to handle $1 million per year in sales revenue.

  3. Strong network and connections within the Publishing, Education, and Defense sectors is a plus.

  4. Proficiency in consultative and solution-based sales approaches.

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  6. Experience with CRM tools and sales technology for pipeline management.

  7. Must hold a valid B1 visa with travel experience within the last three years.

  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
