Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be professional and expert knowledge of Android SDK
- Working knowledge of source control tools: SVN and GIT
- Working knowledge command line interfaces in a UNIX environment
- Solid hands-on experience in developing android native apps
- Must have good knowledge of multi-threading on Android platform
- Must be able to connect to external services via XML/JSON RPC or SOAP
- Strong experience in Core Java, OOPs concepts & design patterns
- Experience with open-source software and social network APIs such as Facebook, Twitter, OpenID, etc.
- Ability to argue the pros and cons of MVC frameworks, SQLite Databases, Agile Development, The UNIX Way, MIT Open Source License, RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience in Cloud APIs, push notifications, integration of analytics is an added advantage
- Must have good analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
