Responsibilities and Duties

  1.  Responsible to develop innovative automation solutions and technology developments from the initial concept phase through the complete development process.
  2.  The candidate has to develop the concept of special purpose machine, automation machine as per the customer requirement.
  3. Also has to develop the detailed design of machine Automation, Robotics, assembly automation, rotary automation, testing automation pick and place automation, conver automation, vision automation.
  4. Industries have to work for Automotive, Aerospace industry, Pharma industry, Textile industry, Electrical  Industry, Electronics industry, FMCG Industry
  5. Design and conduct research programs including proof of concepts for automation process validation
  6. Develop and test production test cases for automation projects, including running optimization simulations; collecting data, process reviews; evaluating new technologies and presenting analyses.
  7. Execution of technology benchmarking studies in the field of automation.
  8. Assist in business case development and analysis for new process developments; analyze current and potential product/market segments.
  9. Automation Engineering: starting from initial design concept up to final solution, responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of project execution including mechanical design, electronics, controls, pneumatics, safety planning, & customer reviews.  .
  10. Maintain innovation project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating team activities, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements, and resolving problems
  11. Specify requests and coordinate all sub-contracted work (i.e., FEAs, Product Validation and Testing, Prototype parts manufacturing, CAD drawing file conversion) and assure timely completion; meet with customers with respect to design/launch reviews.
  12. Lead the team to engineer and design robust and reliable automation solutions; maintain development library and history of proposals, CAD models, and supporting project information.
  13. Complete testing & validation processes to ensure achievement of project requirements and specifications.
  14. Prepare and work to schedules with interim and end target estimates for all projects within line of responsibility; initiate plans and ideas for cost reduction and/or quality improvement measures.
  15. Responsible for organizing and retaining all relevant project documentation including testing & validation data.
  16. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks; share new information with team members.
