Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Be responsible for the production of all fabrications drawings upon request to the relevant standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all drawings and work instructions are kept up to date.
- Carry out material take offs and prepare material lists.
- Ensure the quality of products and services is maintained and make improvements to the processes where necessary.
- Carry out regular programmer monitoring to identify changes in the status of the projects.
- Providing architectural assistance to architects in developing construction drawings, prepare and develop floor plans, elevations, cross sections.
- Coordination drawings for all services in GFC drawings. Plan, coordinate & manage project deliverables.
- Should handle vendors & clients
Skill Requirements:
- Good knowledge in Auto Cad 2D and 3D. Proficiency in reading Architectural Drawings. Experience in Photoshop added advantage with BE Civil or Dip. in Architectural Draftsmanship or Dip.in Civil.
- Ability to produce clear and informative production drawings and technical information.
- Works systematically to ensure completion of tasks to meet deadlines and clients expectations. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload Proficient as a team head with excellent communication skills, but also able to work on own initiative
