Desired Candidate Profile:
- Mechanical Engineer (Graduate / Diploma holder) with 8 - 10years field sales experience and demonstrated good levels of performance across varied situations.
- Age 40+ years but not more than 45 years.
- Experience in a similar industry and in-depth product knowledge in the selling of Fire & Safety/Disaster Management Advance Equipment’s (Breathing Air Compressors/ Diving Equipment / Search Camera / Hydraulic Tools / Air Lifting Bags/ PPV Blowers etc.) and working experience of Institutional Sales / Industrial Sales or Capital Equipment Sales to Private Industries / Govt Depts. (Defense / Police / State Fire Hq / Shipyards & Power Plants / other Govt Depts.) in Eastern Region for Kolkata Branch.
- The candidate must have a good working knowledge of computers.
- The candidate for this profile must have good verbal & written communication skills
- Leadership / Managerial Skills with good CRM.
- Must have Strategic Thinking.
- The candidate must have strong Analytical Skills.
