Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. Call customers and explain project details, and convince for site visits
2. Follow up meticulously for site visits
3. Attend site visits and explain the project clearly to the customer
4. Understand customer profile and pitch project accordingly
5. Have good market knowledge about competition and market prices
6. Negotiate with customers and close at the target price
7. Customer handling skills – interpersonal skills are mandatory

Skill Requirements:

1. Self-motivator & Drive to work.
2. Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
3. Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
4. Good verbal communication skills.
