Job Details:

Job Title: Service Engineer

No. of Position - 2

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform servicing and maintenance of electronic equipment.

2. Communicate effectively in English and the local language to ensure smooth operations.

3. Travel to client sites for service using a two-wheeler vehicle.

4. Daily Travel: Travel within the assigned territory to manage and address customer complaints. 
   New Machine Installation: Oversee and perform installations of new machines.
   Warranty Machine Maintenance: Conduct maintenance and repairs on machines covered under warranty & Machines in Annual Service Contract. 
   Breakdown Response: Attend to and resolve machine breakdown calls promptly.
   Sales of ASC: Promote and sell Annual Service Contracts (ASC) to customers & achieve ASC target.
   Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical support and assistance during the pre-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Experience: 0-1 year in servicing electronic equipment.

2. Education: Diploma in Electronics or ITI in Electronics (Regular Course).

3. Other: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
