Senior BIM Modeler Roles and Responsibilities
- BIM Management and Coordination:
- Oversee and manage BIM projects.
- Coordinate BIM efforts across various disciplines.
- Model Creation and Maintenance:
- Develop and maintain BIM models (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
- Update models based on project changes.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure models meet project standards and guidelines.
- Perform regular audits to maintain data accuracy.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to junior team members.
- Stay updated with BIM software advancements and industry trends.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and manage BIM documentation.
- Generate reports for project progress and issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 3-6 year of experience in Revit Architecture- modeling, annotation & sheet creation also experience in AutoCAD.
- Experience on construction processes, building systems, and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience on BIM 360 - collaboration, Navisworks clash deduction, BIM standards.
- Experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented individual with a passion for BIM.
