The candidate as Sr. Business Executive or Assistant Manager will be responsible for sourcing sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels including cold calling and email campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate leads for new business opportunities.

Source sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels including cold calling and email campaigns.

Promote and position software solutions in coordination with Product Specialists.

Understand client needs, deliver presentations, and propose suitable products/services.

Progress qualified leads through the sales pipeline, from proposal to closure and order fulfilment.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, invoicing, installations, and collections.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain daily call reports (DCR).

Stay updated and certified as required by OEMs and partners.

Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven sales experience in software/reseller companies, especially in IT Sales, ERP Sales, CAAD Sales, or construction material sales.

Knowledge of the AEC (Architectural, Engineering & Construction) industry or solution selling will be a strong advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Inside sales profiles are not preferred.
