We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead (MERN Stack) to be the technical backbone of the product development team. The ideal candidate will define architecture, mentor developers, ensure code quality, and also contribute hands-on to building scalable applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers to design and implement scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and development best practices.

Conduct code reviews, ensure test coverage, and drive DevOps practices (CI/CD).

Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor and upskill junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance across the stack.
Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on development experience with the MERN stack.

Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Solid understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and scalability principles.

Proven experience in leadership and mentoring developers.

Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
