Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

  1. Manage and lead a team of 8 members to achieve team and individual goals.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to grow the team's business and increase revenue.
  3. The team leader is responsible for analyzing digital ads leads and reporting the conversion ratio into the management information system (MIS).
  4. Provide expert guidance and advice on investment and financial planning to clients.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  6. Manage performance and provide ongoing training and development to team members.
  7. Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  9. Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments to ensure the team is well-informed and equipped to provide expert advice.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Skills Required:

  1. Completion of any PG / UG / Any Specialization
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management, including at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Having knowledge of Excel is essential for this position.
  5. Proven track record of achieving targets and growing revenue.
  6. Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
  9. Good command of oral and written english and the ability to converse freely and build rapport.
  10. Experience in Inside Sales process – end to end is a plus.
