We are hiring for a Technical Liaison Assistant Manager for one of our leading clients from Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for developing TDS for new and modified products and designing brochures, pamphlets, and booklets for product launches and handling many more tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Documentation & Marketing

  1. Develop TDS for new and modified products.

  2. Design brochures, pamphlets, and booklets for product launches.

  3. Create posters and standees for leather fairs in collaboration with Graphic/UX Designers.

  4. Send monthly product development notifications to dealers.

Event Management

  1. Manage stall bookings and arrangements for leather fairs.

  2. Coordinate all technical materials for exhibitions.

Digital & Social Media Management

  1. Oversee updates on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

  2. Collaborate with the IT team to improve website engagement.

  3. Circulate newsletters and update the website with blogs, news, and events.

Customer Support & Quality Management

  1. Address customer complaints from dealers and sales teams.

  2. Respond to technical queries via WhatsApp and email.

Certifications & Compliance

  1. Manage LWG certifications and coordinate with R&D for MSDS and ZDHC requirements.

  2. Liaise with testing labs for leather and chemical compliance.

Publications & Industry Engagement

  1. Prepare presentations for internal use.

  2. Manage industry magazine submissions (e.g., Indian Leather, Leather Age, Leather News India).

  3. Handle membership renewals with CLE, LWG, CHEMEXIL, ICC, etc.

Branding & Intellectual Property

  1. Manage branding activities and trademarks.
