We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our client’s expanding project execution team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of interior installation projects, managing them from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Full Project Lifecycle Management:

1. Oversee complete project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure of all on-site installation activities.

2. Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Pre-Execution & Planning:

1. Conduct detailed site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare project quotations.

2. Collaborate with CAD engineers to finalize shop drawings for client approval and execution.

3. Prepare BOQ/BOM, plan material requirements, and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.

4. Develop detailed project plans, manpower schedules, and timelines.

On-Site Execution & Management:

1. Lead on-site activities, including readiness checks, labor/material resource management, and supervision of installation teams.

2. Ensure all work aligns with approved shop drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

3. Manage project handover, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Quantity Surveying & Billing Support:

1. Perform quantity surveying from drawings, verify on-site measurements, and assist in work certification for billing purposes.

Problem Solving:

1. Proactively identify and resolve on-site technical challenges and risks.

2. Provide expert technical guidance to the installation team.

Required Expertise and Knowledge:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: 7–10 years of proven site management experience in installation of specialized architectural products.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in:

  1. Interior Glass Partitions & Movable Walls (leading brands preferred).

  2. Automatic Doors & Door Systems (sliding, swing, or revolving).

  3. Fire Doors (metal and wooden fire-rated).

  4. Structural Expansion Joints (understanding of installation standards).
