Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, online research, events, and marketing leads.

Customer Needs Analysis
Understand customer requirements and research objectives, and match them with suitable equipment solutions.

Technical Presentations & Demonstrations
Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations, translating complex technical information into clear value propositions.

Quotation & Negotiation
Collaborate with the back-office team to prepare accurate quotations. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.

Sales Pipeline Management
Track leads and opportunities using CRM systems. Provide accurate sales forecasts.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in the BioPharma space.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, manage timely collections, and generate repeat business.

Post-Sales Support
Coordinate with the technical team for installation, training, and issue resolution.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, service, and engineering teams for a seamless customer experience.

Reporting
Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and target achievements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
-
3–5 years in technical sales, preferably in life sciences or laboratory equipment
Technical Skills:
-
Knowledge of incubator shakers, plant growth chambers, and data acquisition systems

Understanding of BioPharma compliance requirements is an advantage
Communication Skills:

Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Sales Skills:

Lead qualification, rapport building, and deal closure
Software Proficiency:

CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly CTC: ?75,000

Sales Commission: 3% of booking value (based on targets)
