Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business expansion.Responsible for the business acquisition of Ocean Freight/ Air freight/LCL/FCL/Project/Break-bulk/ODC (Import and Export both).
- Develop NEW and prospective customers while maintaining existing accounts.
- Sales and Management Achieving sales target set for the firm and managing the available resources.
- Market research To avail necessary market details of latest trends and competitors to maintain the growth of the organization and development of new clients.
- Sector development Development of various sectors in freight forwarding on timely basis and keeping pace with changing trends of market.
- Joint sales visits with other sales professionals. Business planning with the team and weekly review.

Education Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as BDM
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
