Hiring for Business Development Executive for multiple location. The candidate will be responsible to develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting using various lead generation methods

Job Details:

Key Responsibility:

  1. Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting using various lead generation methods.
  2. Coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  3. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
  4. Research on different tools to increase sales and business opportunities.
  5. Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  6. Present product/services matching the prospect's needs.
  7. Responsible for all Sales revenue growth & retention in the assigned territory.
  8. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans
  9. Work with sales and marketing teams to execute the sales strategies and refine lead generation activities.
  10. Creating and maintaining a database in the CRM
  11. Qualification and Experience:
  12. Minimum graduation from a recognized university. MBA preferred.
  13. Has an excellent understanding of Enterprise as well as SMB software sales cycles.
  14. Min. 2+ years of relevant experience in Software Sales; 4+ years of overall B2B sales experience.
  15. Ability to demonstrate the solution to the customers.
  16. Exposure and experience in working with any HCM software provider is a big advantage.
  17. Experience working with clients in the Middle East & GCC regions is preferred.
  18. Should have experience working with a Sales Force automation/CRM tool.
  19. Must be Detail-oriented
  20. Should have a strong Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solver
  21. Should be a self-starter, action-oriented & have the ability to work under pressure.
  22. Multitasking, entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented.
  23. Excellent interpersonal skills, with an open and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done;
  24. Strong English presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  25. Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques would be a big advantage
