Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to manage the end to end acquisition process from lead generation to conducting needs analysis' to closing the sales. You will then be required to manage the accounts on an ongoing basis. Dealing mostly at the C level or with decision makers, you will be managing medium to long sales lead times and providing a complete solution to suit customer's business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include the following;

  1. Creatively develop techniques and identify new business opportunities
  2. Cold call into target accounts and set up new client presentations
  3. A target driven person who can engage and train her or his team to achieve monthly sales targets
  4. Experience in Ad space selling, Space selling, brand tie-up, coupon sales
  5. Employ solution selling techniques to identify business and develop customized solutions and technical products to solve client business requirements in corporate level accounts
  6. Maintain strong business contacts with our partners and customers
  7. Develop and utilize account management tools to track sales activity
  8. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  9. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong track record in ad space selling, space selling, and sales. Other requirements include:

  1. 3+ year's experience in ad sales
  2. Well experienced with pipeline management
  3. Good written and oral communication skills
  4. Organized efficient and detail oriented
  5. Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and self-starter
  6. Strong closing skills
  7. Target driven
  8. Can handle and push a team to perform in high-pressure situations
