Our client company, established in 2010 and headquartered in Coimbatore, is one of India's largest manufacturers of solar PV modules and hiring dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our client company across various locations. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure or strong interest in the EPC solar business, with a focus on driving project sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships in the renewable energy space.

Salary : 6,00,000 to 6,60,000 per annum
Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar EPC domain.

Promote solar rooftop and ground-mounted solutions to HT and LT consumers.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and coordinate with the technical team.

Participate in pricing, proposals, tenders, and negotiation processes.

Provide timely market insights, trends, and competitor analysis.

Meet sales targets and report regularly to the senior management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory); MBA in Marketing preferred.

0–5 years of experience in business development; exposure to EPC solar business is a must.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
