The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the visionary and operational leader, responsible for building, scaling, and institutionalizing a pioneering land aggregation and disposition platform in Tamil Nadu.
This role calls for a high-integrity, entrepreneurial executive with proven experience in large-scale real estate, infrastructure, or private equity ventures. The CEO will oversee strategic, financial, operational, and governance functions — transforming a fragmented sector into a structured, high-value enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

Define and implement the company’s long-term vision, mission, and growth roadmap.

Identify and prioritize high-potential geographies and business lines (e.g., land aggregation, development, investment brokerage).

Drive corporate expansion through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Transition the land business into an institutional-grade, professional platform.
2. Operational Oversight
-
Oversee end-to-end operations across acquisitions, development, sales, leasing, legal, and asset management.

Ensure smooth execution aligned with company goals and compliance standards.

Implement scalable systems, SOPs, and technology to drive operational efficiency.
3. Financial Stewardship & Investor Relations

Take full P&L ownership; prepare budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation strategies.

Engage with banks, NBFCs, family offices, and institutional investors for fundraising.

Ensure strong financial governance, cost optimization, and transparent reporting.
4. Market Development & Strategic Partnerships

Position the company as the preferred partner for developers, industrial players, and institutional investors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, IPCs (e.g., JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank), and government bodies.

Oversee aggregation of title-clear, subdivided, and market-ready land parcels.
5. Team Leadership & Organizational Culture

Build and lead a high-performance leadership team across legal, finance, and operations.

Foster a culture of professionalism, transparency, accountability, and innovation.

6. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Implement risk management frameworks across acquisition, financial, and operational domains.

7. Innovation & Market Intelligence

Stay ahead of real estate trends, technology (PropTech), and market dynamics.

Leverage digital tools for data-driven decision-making and client engagement.

Promote organizational agility to adapt to market disruptions.
8. Legacy Building & Institutionalization

Drive long-term value creation and brand credibility.

Prepare the platform for institutionalization — via REITs, land funds, or structured corporate models.

Build a respected, ethical, and high-impact organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Criteria
-
12–20 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure with proven leadership roles.

Prior experience with top-tier corporates or institutions such as DLF, Godrej Properties, CBRE, JLL, Cushman, Hiranandani, or PE-backed platforms.

Educational qualifications: MBA / LLB / CA / Civil Engineering / Urban Planning from Tier-1 institutions.

Strong background in land acquisition, deal structuring, and compliance.

Familiarity with Tamil Nadu’s real estate landscape or ability to ramp up quickly.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Advocate or legal background with understanding of land/title laws.

Experience in land acquisition across industrial or infrastructure corridors.

Worked with Institutional Property Consultants (IPCs).

Strong government and regulatory connections for approvals and compliance.

Exposure to Private Equity environments and investor relations.
