We are hiring a dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee site execution, technical quality, contractor coordination, and terrain-based construction challenges. This is a field-first role where you will own the structural accuracy, construction quality, and day-to-day outcomes at site.

Who Should Apply

1. Prefer site-based work over desk-based work.

2. Strong understanding of structure, materials, levels, slopes, shuttering, and curing.

3. Ability to control contractor execution and manage labour on-ground.

4. Experience handling terrain challenges such as slopes, hill sites, and water issues.

5. Clear communicator who accepts direct feedback.

6. Ability to work under structured 30/60/90-day performance plans.

Minimum Qualification

1. B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

2. 1–3 years of hands-on site experience

Key Skills Required

Technical Skills

1. RCC basics, reinforcement checks, shuttering inspection

2. Concrete mix & curing practices, blockwork, flooring base, waterproofing

3. Coordination of plumbing & electrical routing

4. Level checks (Auto Level preferred)

Execution Skills

1. Daily site supervision and activity sequencing

2. Contractor & labour coordination

3. Material approval and quality auditing

4. RFI handling and deviation management

Cost Control

1. BOQ checking and validation

2. Bill verification and certification

3. Quantity control and approval before ordering

Role Responsibilities

Structural & Technical Checks

1. Verify reinforcement as per structural drawings

2. Inspect formwork, plumb, level, and alignment

3. Approve concrete pouring stages

4. Inspect foundations, retaining walls, and slope protection systems

Site Supervision

1. Daily monitoring & progress tracking

2. Ensure accurate marking across all trades

3. Validate MEP routing before closure

4. Maintain basic site safety protocols

Quality Control

1. Coordinate material testing

2. Check concrete mix and cube testing

3. Inspect waterproofing works

4. Conduct finishing QC – tiles, plaster, putty, paint base

5. Close snags within timelines

Cost & Material Management

1. Prepare & validate BOQ

2. Certify contractor bills

3. Verify quantities before procurement

4. Prevent unauthorized substitutions

Documentation & Reporting

1. Daily site log & photo documentation

2. Deviation logs & RFI logs

3. Weekly progress reports

4. As-built documentation
