We are hiring for Client Relations Executive for one of our leading clients in Chennai. The role objective is to form strong relationships with clients, pre and post-sales.

Job Details:

Job Title:  Client Relations Executive

Location: Kilpauk, Chennai

Experience: 0 – 1 Year

Salary:  Interns: 10k for 6 months

Probation: 15k (permanent) Salary after 6 months: Basic pay of 15k + 3% to 5% incentive based on sales (after crossing 3.5lakhs)

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: University Graduates Knowledge (Domain and IT)

Notice Period: Immediate (Preference) or Up to 30 days MAX

Mode of Interview: Face to face HR Round

Additional requirements: Driving license and two-wheeler

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. Consulting Sales:

? To hold empathetic, yet professional, conversations with potential clients, and suggest products tailored to their specific requirements.

? To share product images/videos over Whatsapp, and allow clients to choose and customize according to their needs. Invoicing:

? To precisely list the items that the client has chosen, as well as the respective prices of products, and to send the invoice, along with any product documentation, to the Operations Executive (if available).

2. Dispatching:

? To oversee the packaging processes, ensure quality, and double-check that the package includes all the products and required documents.

? To inform the client about product tracking details.

? To ensure that the products are supplied in a timely manner.

3. Client feedback:

? To contact the client after their order has been received, and converse with them about product satisfaction. Feedback should be acknowledged respectfully and complaints should be documented.

? To ensure that any concerns are resolved as soon as feasible and are not repeated.

? To inform the marketing team of the client’s feedback, in order to analyses and remodel the current marketing process.

4. Client conversion:

? To reach out to potential clients by sharing relevant information over calls/messages, or other platforms.

? To fulfill the organization’s sales target by consistently converting prospective clients into paying clients.

? To brainstorm new, and profitable, sales avenues for Avaesa
