The incumbent will be responsible to establish and manage effectively the working relationship with customers, build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues from other parts of the business who provide a service to the customer.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:  

1. To establish and manage effectively the working relationship with customers, build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues from other parts of the business who provide a service to the customer.
2. To be proactive in championing the customer’s requirements to achieve an efficient on-boarding process in a timely manner, updating the customer about the work outstanding and managing expectations.
3. To work with the customer, prioritizing the work they want to be carried out, raising tickets, and monitoring the progress of work orders to completion.
4. To help the developer priorities multiple work orders to best meet the customer’s needs and requirements.
5. To facilitate the delivery of the work orders by raising any issues that may arise with the Delivery Manager to resolve with developers.
6. To update the Client Relationship Management system with the work orders completed and any internal notes at the end of each day.
7. To work as part of a team of account managers to ensure the daily work is covered to completion.
