Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda / Siddha (Master’s degree is preferred);
- Post graduate diploma / certificate course in clinical research
- At least two years of clinical trial management experience in a CRO environment;
- Excellent communication skills including good written and spoken English & Tamil
- Flexible, accountable and comfortable in working with a team.
Job Functions:
- To Design, present & get IRB approvals of protocols for research on our products
- To conduct the in-house research – pilot studies through the envisaged charitable clinics.
- To oversee the capture of outcome measures at the Hospital
- To systematize, Analyse and present data pertaining to the outcomes at our hospital
- To conduct sponsored clinical research work on selected diseases at the hospital
- To create and submit proposals for grants to Ayush, DBT etc.
- To coordinate with external agencies for clinical research related activities
