We are looking for a Cloud FinOps Analyst to monitor and optimise cloud spending, analyse usage patterns, and help teams improve cost efficiency across cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cloud platforms, cost analysis, reporting, and financial optimisation.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyse cloud usage and expenditure across business accounts.
2. Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary cloud costs.
3. Prepare regular cloud cost and usage reports for management.
4. Track budgets, forecasts, and spending against planned cloud usage.
5. Work with technical teams to improve resource utilisation and cost efficiency.
6. Analyse billing data and investigate unexpected cost increases.
7. Support cloud cost allocation, tagging, and chargeback processes.
8. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate cloud spending trends.
9. Support FinOps policies, governance, and cost optimisation initiatives.

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
2. Understanding of cloud billing and cost management.
3. Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
4. Knowledge of cloud cost optimisation and resource utilisation.
5. Experience with dashboards / reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
