We are looking for a Creative Director to build and lead a modern, in-house creative function that seamlessly blends brand thinking, storytelling, execution excellence, and AI-enabled efficiency. This role will own the creative vision of the brand, ensuring it scales consistently across platforms, formats, and emerging technologies—while maintaining originality, quality, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Vision, Brand & Systems

  1. Define, evolve, and safeguard the brand’s creative vision, tone, and visual language across all touchpoints

  2. Build and maintain brand guidelines, creative playbooks, and scalable design systems

  3. Ensure consistency across digital, social, video, performance marketing, print, and on-ground assets

  4. Guide adoption of AI-assisted creativity without compromising originality or brand integrity

  5. Oversee asset creation including indoor and outdoor shoots

Leadership & Team Development

  1. Lead, mentor, and upskill the in-house creative team

  2. Set high-quality benchmarks and review all creative outputs

  3. Encourage smart use of AI tools for ideation, moodboarding, iteration, and productivity

  4. Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, product, and leadership teams

Strategy, Execution & Innovation

  1. Translate business and marketing strategies into compelling creative narratives

  2. Oversee campaign ideation, content ecosystems, and long-term storytelling arcs

  3. Introduce, test, and evaluate new creative tools, formats, and workflows

  4. Balance creative ambition with timelines, feasibility, and ROI

Tools & Platforms (Expected Familiarity)

  1. Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects

  2. AI tools for creative acceleration, including:

    1. ChatGPT / Claude – concepting, scripting support

    2. Midjourney / DALL·E / Firefly – visual exploration & moodboards

    3. Runway / Pika / Gen-AI video tools – exploratory motion concepts

  3. Figma for collaboration and design systems

  4. Strong understanding of platform-native formats (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 5+ years in creative leadership roles (agency or in-house)

  2. Proven experience managing teams and delivering brand-level creative output

  3. A strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, campaigns, and execution depth

  4. Comfortable working with traditional creative processes and AI-augmented workflows
