JOB Description
- High level organizational, administrative and basic financial management and budgeting skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently as well as within a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- High level of motivation, initiative, and flexibility
- High standard of keyboard and computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office software
- Attend to queries from different channels of the sales focus.
- Understand client requirements and work on costing and offer with client and team and optimal rates as advised by the department head.
- Make tours hassle-free and handle queries while a guest on tour.
- Research various destinations and resources of travel about prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Tourism, Business or related field, or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience in the Tourism industry
- Must know Tamil, English & Hindi language fluently.
