We are looking for passionate and self-starter candidates for Customer/Store Service
Executive to handle daily warehouse operations of a popular F&B brand. The candidate will be in charge of managing day-to-day services to customer & relations .

Qualification: Graduate or above
Employment Type: Full time | On-site | 6 days-working
Location: Chennai Experience required: 1 to 3 years
Pay Range: CTC of Rs. 3 LPA
Requirement: Immediate by August 2022
Individual's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating with Client’s outlets for supply indents / orders
2. Managing end-to-end order processing.
3. Sales order creation in ERP, order checking and processing in close coordination with shop-floor team.
4. Invoicing , E-Way bill generation and tracking deliveries.
5. Managing transportation by liaising with logistics partner, monitoring deliveries and flagging issues.
6. Return & Recall management
7. Daily / weekly / Monthly reports
8. Handle queries/complaints with reference to store orders.
9. Communicate with stores through phone/e-mail for store order related matters.
10. Collaborate closely with supporting team (Finance, HR, Logistics & Operations), engage in the making MIS reports.
11. Periodic client feedback survey, collection & action
12. Support other back-end operations
Who can apply?
Highly motivated individual willing to work in Food Supply Chain domain. The individual needs to have:
• Experienced in front ending with customers / retail outlets on product supplies
• Good understanding of warehouse operations
• Computer proficiency (Excel spreadsheets with basic functionalities such as V-Look Up, Pivot Table etc is a must).
• Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate in local language, English and Hindi.
• Strong ability to multitask.
