JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including data, growth hacking and development.
- Annual marketing strategy plan.
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and complete necessary tasks
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets
- Measure, monitor and provide insights on key performance metrics across marketing and sales platforms, including but not limited to Shopify, Hubspot, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics
- Produce weekly, monthly and annual reports on key metrics
- Design and manage efficient tools, workflows, and processes that support the marketing team.
- Supervising search engine optimization (SEO) in online media
- Willingness to learn and improve knowledge in other areas
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 5+ years experience in a data-driven or analytical role required (preferably in sales, marketing, or operations). Leadership experience is a plus.
