Listed below are some key requirements for the position of Customer Support Executive.
- The Candidate MUST HAVE Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Should have experience in Inbound Telesales(US)
- The incumbent must be comfortable working with US shifts(Rotational shifts)
- The candidate must have excellent Versant score (Online Communication Test)
- The candidate with English comprehension capability with 75% clarity will be highly preferred.
