Listed below are some key requirements for the position of Customer Support Executive.

  1. The Candidate MUST HAVE Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
  2. Should have experience in Inbound Telesales(US)
  3. The incumbent must be comfortable working with US shifts(Rotational shifts)
  4. The candidate must have excellent Versant score (Online Communication Test)
  5. The candidate with English comprehension capability with 75% clarity will be highly preferred.
