Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Understand complex requirements and develop database design and schema.
- Work with a team to define /implement stored procedures, triggers, Table indexing, database installations and query analyzing and testing
- SQL Query optimization, capacity planning and performance evaluation.
- Database replication and backup
- Performance testing and tuning
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have Strong experience in SQL
- Should have ability to write performance optimized SQL queries( PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience in ETL tools is a plus
- Knowledge in Database partitioning
- Experience working in AGILE environment is an added advantage
- Should have previous experience dealing with clients and teams
