As a DevSecOps Engineer / Lead, you are responsible for design, implementation and ongoing support of production services, applications and platform components. In this role, you have the opportunity to leverage your technical skills in systems management, software development and database skills to provide best-practices guidance and tier-3 support.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for defining and implementing the build, deployment and monitoring standards
2. A part of Agile development teams to deliver an end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring and infrastructure management in a cloud environment.
3. Working closely with our development team to create an automated continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (DB) system.
3. Monitor and support all installed systems and infrastructure.
4. Develop, leverage automations to increase system efficiency, lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
5. Configuring and managing the tools for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system resources in an AWS environment.
6. Oversee, company's security backup and redundancy strategies, securing the internal, cloud environments and networks.
7. Implementing RBAC and managing user/service account permissions across platform components.
8. Logging and monitoring, contributing to extensive analysis.
9. Coordinating with the development team and ensuring our applications meet security and external certification requirements.
10. Leveraging the external audits and pen-testing and guiding the team in terms of vulnerability understanding and driving them towards fixes.
11. Staying on top of trending devops techniques and strategies to drive the teams' success.
Key Specifications:
1. Experience with cloud platform Amazon Web Services (AWS)
2. Extensive knowledge in IAM, Cognito, ECS, Serverless, lambda, API Gateway, Cloudfront, REDIS Cache, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, EC2, VPC, Security groups, Firewalls, load balancers, amplify, guard duty, shield and other cloud native service offerings on AWS.
3. Designing and implementing different components offered by AWS/
4. Demonstrated experience with infrastructure as Code - Terraform highly preferred.
5. Experience with pipeline as code, build management and continuous integrations like - Github actions (highly preferred).
6. Experience with one or more object-oriented scripting languages (Python - preferred)
7. Demonstrated experience with secure development, coding, engineering practices
8. A good understanding of SSO, RBAC and zero trust strategies and implementation techniques.
9. Experience implementing SOC 2, ISO 27001 or GDPR will be highly appreciated.
10. A Good understanding of integrated environments.
11. Experience with performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic.
