Website Management:
- Maintain and update the e-commerce website regularly, ensuring it is user-friendly and responsive.
- Monitor website performance, including load times, mobile responsiveness, and security.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's search engine rankings.
- Product Listings and Merchandising:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and availability information is displayed.
- Implement effective product merchandising strategies to increase sales.
Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly through various channels (email, chat, phone).
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback effectively.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote products and attract new
- customers.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce data to optimize marketing strategies.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Track e-commerce sales, customer behavior, and key performance indicators.
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and propose improvements.
- Identify trends and insights to drive decision-making and growth.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available for sale.
- Work with suppliers and other teams to manage inventory efficiently.
Technology and Tools:
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and emerging technologies to keep the business competitive.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and other relevant software.
