CTC Range: 20,000 – 25,000 Per month

Job Eligibility and Responsibilities:

Listed below are some key responsibilities and eligibility criteria for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.

1. A candidate with Bachelor’s Degree a must
2. The candidate must have Event, Venue and Sponsorship Sales experience.
3. The incumbent must have strong in verbal and written communication
4. The candidate is responsible for engaging and managing strong internal team relationships
5. The candidate will be responsible for generating and handling events related queries/leads for the venue
6. Responsible for developing contacts and coordinate with event agencies, corporates, and other stakeholders to bring a variety of events to the venue
7. The incumbent is responsible for driving the Event Space Sales Business aggressively and ensure achievement of revenue targets month on month
8. Responsible to create a solid event sales and venue promotion plan along with the internal team and achieve set revenue targets
9. The incumbent should be able to work with the marketing team to achieve event space positioning and goals
10. Having a motorbike would help in this job for the candidate and will be a plus.
11. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to convince and close deals
12. Male candidates are the only preference
13. Abides by all Company policies and procedures.
14. The candidate must be punctual of time
15. Must be ready to handle all the situations
16. Candidate with short notice period will be given higher preference.
